Notre Dame Law School will celebrate its third annual Homecoming Weekend on September 27-28, when the Fighting Irish host Virginia.

This year's Homecoming will be particularly special because 2019 marks Notre Dame Law's sesquicentennial.

Friday, September 27

Partisan Politics in the Era of Trump: A Threat to our Democracy or Merely Politics as Usual?
12:30 p.m., McCartan Courtroom, Eck Hall of Law
Senators Chris Coons, Joe Donnelly, and Jeff Flake will participate in a panel discussion. Professor Jimmy Gurulé will serve as moderator.
This event is open to the public. No registration required.

Reception and Introduction to Notre Dame Law School's New Dean
6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Dahnke Ballroom, Duncan Student Center
The ND Law community is invited to a sesquicentennial reception with drinks and hors d’oeuvres. A brief program introducing Joseph A. Matson Dean and Professor of Law G. Marcus Cole will begin at 6:45 p.m.

Open House at the Notre Dame Clinical Law Center
9:00 to 11:00 a.m., 725 Howard Street, South Bend, IN 46617
It's been 25 years since the Law School moved its legal aid clinic off campus and into the community. Visit with clinical law faculty and see how the ND Clinical Law Center continues to evolve to prepare students for the legal profession while helping South Bend residents. No registration required.

Homecoming Tailgate
12:00 to 3:00 p.m., DeBartolo Quad
Catch up with your ND Law classmates at our tent party before the football game. The cost is $40 for general admission, $30 for Order of St. Thomas More members, and $10 for children 12 and under. Food and drinks are included in the price of admission.
