Thomas E. McCabe, ’81 J.D.

BWX Technologies, Inc. (BWXT), headquartered in Lynchburg, Virginia, has named Thomas McCabe as senior vice president, general counsel, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary. McCabe most recently served as the executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of Orbital ATK, Inc., a 13,000-employee, publicly traded company focused on space, defense and aviation. Previously McCabe served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for Alion Science and Technology Corp., a technology solutions provider for the U.S. Department of Defense and commercial clients. Prior to that position McCabe served with Braintech, Inc. as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary.
