Riley W. Smith ’17 J.D.

Poyner Spruill, a North Carolina-based law firm, is proud to announce that Riley Smith has joined the firm as an associate in the construction practice group. Riley brings to the firm several years of experience in the construction industry. He has experience analyzing liability and claims relating to project defects, negotiating and drafting multi-million-dollar subcontracts and purchase order agreements, and counseling executives on mitigation of risks and timely fulfillment of contractual obligations.
