Latham & Watkins, LLP is pleased to announce that Nicholas Siciliano has been promoted to partner in its Chicago office. Siciliano is a member of the Securities Litigation & Professional Liability Practice in the Litigation & Trial Department whose practice focuses on class action and corporate governance litigation, as well as other complex commercial disputes. Siciliano represents public companies, directors, and officers in securities fraud class actions and shareholder derivative litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Siciliano also represents clients in government investigations and related litigation.
