Michael Federer is a Managing Partner, Sales and Distribution, M&A, at Fusion Specialty Americas and is based out of Dallas. Federer is a seasoned mergers & acquisitions attorney, with his practice focusing on advising some of the world’s largest businesses, such as Alimentation Couche-Tard, parent company of Circle K Stores, Inc., and J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., on key strategic initiatives, partnerships and acquisition and disposition activities while working at firms such as K&L Gates LLP. Federer’s practice has covered a wide variety of industries, most notably health care, finance, retail and petroleum marketing.
