DLA Piper announces that Michael Haworth has joined the firm’s Real Estate practice as a partner in the New York office. Haworth advises international investors and lenders on their real estate acquisition and financing transactions in various global markets, including throughout the US and Asia. Haworth helps Asia-based investors navigate complex real estate investments in the US, often as a joint venture capital partner, and represents international clients investing in real estate in Asia through debt or equity. Haworth joins from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.
