Hays focuses his practice on asset-backed securitization across a broad range of asset classes, with considerable experience in structured finance transactions, warehouse facilities, asset sale transactions, as well as public and private securitization transactions. Hays represents clients in numerous industries such as automotive finance, banking, technology and manufacturing.
