Mark Muedeking ’80 J.D.

Mark Muedeking '80 J.D., a partner in the Employment practice at DLA Piper, has been named a 2019 Employment Trailblazer by the National Law Journal. The publication highlighted Muedeking’s successful defense of New York University in two-related class action suits alleging ERISA violations associated with retirement plan offerings, in which he secured a victory following a two-week bench trial in the first suit and a dismissal of the second.
