Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Kyle Owens has joined the firm’s Dallas office as partner in its banking and financial services practice. Owen’s advises financial service firms on lending best practices and products, as well as the navigation of related laws like the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act.
