Kevin M. Foltmer, ‘17 J.D.

Peckar & Abramson is pleased to announce that Kevin Foltmer has been promoted to Senior Associate in the firm’s New Jersey office. Foltmer concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on construction litigation. He represents contractors and other businesses in litigation in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings. Prior to joining private practice, Foltmer served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert P. Contillo, (Ret.), Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, Chancery Division, General Equity and Probate Parts.
