James R. Mall ’74 BBA, ’78 J.D./MBA

James Mall, a partner at Meyer, Unkovic & Scott, presented at the Construction Financial Management Association’s (CFMA) Greater Pittsburgh Construction Industry Conference at the end of April. Mall serves as the chair of Meyer, Unkovic & Scott’s Construction Law Group, with a variety of experience in prosecuting and defending construction-related disputes, as well as arbitrating — having been appointed an arbitrator by the American Arbitration Association — complex construction and commercial cases. Mall has also been appointed to mediate commercial disputes by courts and litigants.
