James E. Mitchell ‘12 J.D.

Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that James Mitchell '12 J.D. has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office. Mitchell will be a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice. Mitchell is a litigator with a decade of experience in commercial disputes, product liability matters, constitutional law litigation, and health law. He defends corporations in all stages of litigation, including managing discovery, taking depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and negotiating settlements.
