In Memoriam: Dennis C. Cusack, ‘85 J.D.

It is with great sadness that the law school announces the passing of Dennis Cusack of Oak Park, Illinois on July 27, 2021. Cusack, a long-time shareholder of Johnson & Bell, passed away suddenly while on a business trip in Texas. Cusack had been with Johnson & Bell since 1987 and currently served as co-chair of the firm’s General Negligence practice group and concentrated his practice on products liability, construction liability and mass tort and class action claims.
