Hon. Daniel J. Buckley, ‘77 BA, ‘80 J.D.

The Honorable Daniel Buckley, former Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of LA County, has joined Signature Resolution as a Mediator & Arbitrator. Judge Buckley brings over 40 years of experience, innovative thinking, and leadership skills to Signature Resolution. Judge Buckley spent his entire attorney career at the firm Breidenback, Buckley, Huchting, Halm & Hamblet where he was a general civil litigation defense attorney. Judge Buckley left private practice in 2002 after being appointed to the Superior Court where he has served in many leadership positions in the courts. Judge Buckley is committed to teaching and advancing legal education, as over the years, he has served as an adjunct professor at Notre Dame Law School, Loyola Law School, and USC Gould School of Law. Judge Buckley is a member of the Executive Advisory Committee of the Notre Dame Law Association Board.
