Drew Tate, ’16 J.D.

Fisher Phillips is pleased to announce the addition of Drew Tate, '16 J.D., as an associate in its Sacramento office. Tate represents employers in a variety of employment litigation matters, including discrimination and harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination, worker classification issues and wage-and-hour actions. Tate joins the firm from Porter Scott in Sacramento. While in law school, Tate clerked for the Antitrust Division of the California Attorney General’s Office as well as for alumna Judge Barbara M. Scheper of the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
