Ms. Kirtley will serve the firm’s clients from the Fayetteville, West Virginia office. At Kay Casto & Chaney, Ms. Kirtley counsels clients in the areas of general business, and commercial/financial law, a focus that entails banking, bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, consumer protection, as well as real estate. Before joining Kay Casto & Chaney, Ms. Kirtley served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gary L. Johnson (28th Judicial Circuit; Nicholas County, W.Va.), and she was an attorney in the commercial/financial group at the firm of Bowles Rice LLP.
