Carl Eiberger was honored by Marquis Who’s Who with a Lifetime Achievement Award for Law. Eiberger celebrates over 50 years of practicing law and has been noted for his achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes he has accrued in his legal practice. Eiberger came from humble beginnings and it was due to his hard work and tenacity that enabled him to rise above the environment he was born into and achieve high honors as both an undergraduate and law graduate from Notre Dame. , May 30, 1954. Eiberger was the first recipient of the Fr. Michael McCafferty Award in 2002 awarded by the Notre Dame Law Association to recognize his service to Notre Dame through his involvement in the alumni board. Eiberger’s passion for helping others led to his years of volunteer work and dedication donated to preserving the North and South table mesas in Golden as open space, otherwise known as the “Gateway to the Rockies”. In its November 2018 issue, Views from Applewood, highlighted Eiberger’s many accomplishments and his commitment to pro bono work in his Colorado community.
