Andrew M. Bojko ’98 J.D.

Porter Wright is proud to announce that Andy Bojko has been appointed Chair of the firm’s Banking and Finance Practice Group. A partner in the firm’s Columbus office, Bojko advises lenders, administrative agents and borrowers in matters involving commercial lending, asset-based financing, mezzanine debt and leveraged buyouts. He also handles a variety of real estate matters, with a particular emphasis on construction and permanent loans, leasing, and acquisitions and divestitures.
