Tonello is based in the firm’s New York office where she practices in the firm’s Immigration Practice Group. She advises clients on the commercial and practical issues facing overseas businesses as they expand into the United States. She also has extensive experience advising a range of individuals, including entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals, entertainers, and artists, and has successfully advised on complex investor, extraordinary ability, and family-based petitions and citizenship issues. Tonello is a past President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is a regular speaker on immigration matters at professional conferences, training events, and leading business and law schools.
