Underhill concentrates her intellectual property practice on trademark, trade dress, unfair competition and copyright matters for clients in the consumer goods, automotive, higher education, emerging media and other industries. Underhill also has experience managing global trademark portfolios and in global anti-counterfeiting and trademark enforcement measures. She was named a Top Lawyer in copyright law by Grand Rapids Magazine last year.
