Alfred Stashis, a shareholder of Dunwody White & Landon, P.A., in Naples, Florida, has been elected a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).  Stashis is one of approximately 125 Florida attorneys and 2,500 attorneys worldwide who have achieved this distinguished honor.  Stashis is board certified in wills, trusts and estates by the Florida Bar and serves clients in the firm’s Naples, Palm Beach, and Miami offices.  He focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning; estate and trust administration; federal income, estate, gift and generation skipping transfer (GST) taxation; planning for Florida domicile; planning for charitable contributions and foundations; and planning for distributions from IRAs and other qualified retirement plans.
