Gvantsa Dolbaia is a human rights lawyer from Georgia. In 2022, she graduated from Tbilisi State University with a Bachelor of Laws, specializing in International Law, summa cum laude.

Shortly afterward, she joined the team of human rights lawyers at the Department of State Representation to International Courts at the Ministry of Justice. She worked on inter-state litigation before the European Court of Human Rights in Georgia v. Russia (IV) case. In parallel, Gvantsa coached moot court teams, led educational projects, and delivered seminars for Georgian and international audiences.

In 2024-2025, she received a Fulbright Scholarship and earned a Master of Laws, summa cum laude, at NDLS. Through her LL.M. thesis she researched Disinformation as a Prohibited Method of Warfare in Light of Russia's War of Aggression against Ukraine. As a doctoral candidate, she is focusing more broadly on the issue of disinformation and its impacts on international law today.
