NDLS Hosts Roundtable on Patent Law

NDLS will host a Junior Patent Roundtable on Friday, April 1, with senior scholars discussing with junior scholars several of their research pieces in the field of patent law. The roundtable will include four sessions, each devoted to one research paper with commentary and discussion to follow.

“This is a great opportunity to bring together several rising patent law scholars from across the country, in a format that enables sustained discussion and feedback. It’s a great opportunity for a deep dive on emerging research in several key areas of patent law,” said Mark McKenna, associate dean for faculty research and development and professor of law.

• Associate Professor Steve Yelderman, Notre Dame Law School, Do Patent Challenges Increase Competition?
