Program on Ethics, Compliance & Inclusion Speaker Series: Muchman

Wendy Muchman, Harry B. Reese Professor of Practice at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and former Chief of Litigation and Education at Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission, will discuss her experiences working for the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission, which is the agency charged with disciplining attorneys who engage in misconduct. Students will get a unique perspective of how and when bar discipline actually occurs.
