Civil Forfeitures: Timbs v. Indiana

The Economic Justice Society, ACS and NLG will team together in presenting Dan Alban, attorney for the Institute for Justice, to discuss the recent U.S. Supreme Court case, Timbs v. Indiana and the Constitutionality of civil forfeitures.
