Kirkland & Ellis: Restructuring 101

Kirkland & Ellis LLP will be sending senior partner Ryan Bennett (Notre Dame Law class of 2000) from their Chicago office to Notre Dame on Thursday April 21 to present specifically on his Corporate Restructuring practice, as well as more generally on what it is like to work for a major law firm. He has generously offered to provide lunch, Kirkland swag, and an allotment of time at the end of his presentation to answer any and all questions that students may have for him.

This event will be a great opportunity for both litigation and transaction focused students to learn about law firm life, encounter an interesting area of the law, and meet an attorney that will be attending the Meet the Employers Reception and who will be returning to Notre Dame over the next few months looking to recruit our students.
