Small Business Pro Bono Project Information Meeting

Up to fifteen 2L and 3L students are invited to participate in the Small Business Pro Bono project, a partnership among the Law School, Mendoza School of Business, and the St. Joseph County Bar Association’s Pro Bono Committee. Small teams of law students and pro bono attorneys will conduct a legal analysis and provide advice to small business owners in South Bend this fall. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about legal issues facing businesses and to work on your legal interviewing, analysis, and counseling skills while being mentored by a practicing attorney. The project will run through the fall semester and will require a commitment of 30-40 total hours per student.
