Rita Cueva serves as the Clinic Coordinator for the Global Human Rights Clinic at the Law School. She brings over 10 years of administrative support, coordination, and office management experience from the non-profit sector, locally, abroad and in Tulsa, OK, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology: Pastoral Christian Ministries, with a minor in Missions from Oral Roberts University.
Rita has prior experience as a missionary and English teacher in missions to Peru, Mexico, and aboriginal communities in Australia. She has a genuine heart to help others be successful and thrive in their careers, providing steady support to her team and department.
Rita was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana. She met and married her husband in Peru. They relocated to South Bend in 2016 and have three children, Britan, Hosea, and Charity. And a dog named Riley.
