Rachael Kutsenda works as a full-time Legal Assistant at the Notre Dame Clinical Law Center, where she supports the university's law clinics. She previously served as a part-time undergraduate Office Assistant within the Clinical Law Center before transitioning into her current role.
Rachael recently graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a double major in Accounting and Gender Studies. As an undergraduate, she also worked as a sociology teaching assistant, reflecting her deep interest in pressing American social issues such as immigration, poverty, and eviction. Her most profound Notre Dame experience was participating in a course at the Westville Men’s Correctional Facility, where she studied poverty and justice alongside 12 incarcerated individuals and 11 fellow Notre Dame students.
Originally from Los Angeles, California, Rachael is excited to continue her impactful work within the Notre Dame legal and local communities.
