T. Michael Pangburn has been counsel for recreational vehicle manufacturers since 1986. He is currently the General Counsel for Thor Motor Coach, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Thor Industries, Inc.. His in-house legal practice has focused on the commercial law area, specifically Articles 1 and 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and state lemon law statutes. In 2017, he was a recipient of the Burton Award for an article he co-authored. https://www.
