Micah Quigley

Micah Quigley is an associate professor at Notre Dame Law School. He teaches or writes about remedies, habeas corpus, federal courts, and jurisprudence. His work has appeared in the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and the George Mason Law Review, among others. He is also a Non-Resident Research Fellow at the Georgetown Center for the Constitution.

Professor Quigley studied political science and philosophy at Grove City College and received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. He clerked for Judge Andrew Oldham on the Fifth Circuit, for Judge Neomi Rao on the D.C. Circuit, and for Justice Neil Gorsuch on the Supreme Court. Before joining the Notre Dame faculty, he was a Non-Resident Fellow at the Stanford Constitutional Law Center and practiced law in Washington, D.C.
