Marisa Simon was appointed Director of Admissions in January 2022. She returned to the Law School as interim Director of Admissions & Financial Aid in October 2021, where she was previously Assistant Director of law school admissions from 2017 to 2020. In between these roles at the Law School, Marisa led undergraduate admissions as the Director at Holy Cross College, staying within the tri-campus in Notre Dame, Indiana.

She began her career in education by teaching high school math in east Los Angeles before returning to Notre Dame to work in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. She graduated from Notre Dame in 2010 with a B.S. in Mathematics, concentration in Life Sciences, and a minor in Korean. Marisa is married to Erik Simon and sings in Notre Dame Collegium Musicum on campus.
