Jensen Rehn

Adjunct Legal Writing and Research

Jensen Rehn is an associate in the Litigation & Investigations practice group at Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres in Chicago. Prior to joining the firm, Jensen served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Lindsay C. Jenkins on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and Judge Charles R. Wilson on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Jensen graduated from Notre Dame Law School magna cum laude in 2023. During law school, she was a Managing Senior Editor on the Notre Dame Law Review, which published her Note about the First Amendment and public school libraries. Jensen also worked in the Kresge Law Library and served as the Director of Higher Education for the Education Law Forum. She received Faculty Awards for Excellence in Legal Research, Advanced Legal Research (Federal), Advanced Legal Research (Tax), and Advanced Legal Research (History & Language).

After growing up in Galesburg, Illinois, Jensen studied history at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where she received her B.A., summa cum laude (Bronze Tablet) in 2020. Throughout her time as an undergraduate, Jensen worked in the Rare Book & Manuscript Library.
