Associate Professor, Faculty of Law, Insper. Before joining Insper, he was a Professor of Law at the FGV Law School in Rio de Janeiro where he coordinated the Center for Technology and Society (CTS-FGV). He has been a visiting researcher at the University of Sussex and the Becker Friedman Institute for Economics at the University of Chicago and a visiting professor at the University of St. Gallen and the Catholic University of Lisbon. He is a founding member of the Platform Governance Research Network, an affiliate of the International Panel on the Information Environment and a member of the Global Internet Governance Academic Network’s Membership Committee.
