Heather comes to Notre Dame Law School from Wilson College in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania where she most recently served as Director of Student Financial Aid and Services. She has 12 years experience in financial aid administration, student counseling and data analysis and reporting, She graduated from Greenville College in Illinois, and completed her M.A. in Leadership and Communications from Wilson College.
