Daniel Cory practices in a variety of areas including environmental compliance, complex litigation, and administrative and transactional matters with a particular focus on environmental litigation and assisting clients in managing risks on environmentally impacted properties. He received his B.A. from Indiana University, Bloomington and his J.D., cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School. While at Notre Dame, Dan served as president of the Environmental Law Society and was an editor of the Journal of Legislation.

In 2013, Cory was named a Leadership in Law Up and Coming Lawyer by the Indiana Lawyer and was included in the Super Lawyers Indiana Rising Stars in 2014 and 2015. He has also served as an adjunct faculty member at Notre Dame Law School, teaching a course on environmental law and development, with a focus on the redevelopment of former industrial sites (Brownfields€) and regularly presents on various environmental topics.
