Christina Jones joined the Notre Dame Law faculty in 2024 as an associate clinical professor of law and director of the Special Education Clinic. Most recently, she represented military families in special education and disability rights matters as the U.S. Marine Corps’ inaugural attorney for Exceptional Family Members in the National Capital Region. For five years, Jones taught and directed the Parents Engaged in Learning Equality (PELE) Special Education Advocacy Clinic at William & Mary Law School. Prior to teaching, she was awarded a Bank of America Foundation Postgraduate Community Sustainability Fellowship to work at The Arc of the United States in Washington D.C.
Jones graduated magna cum laude from Notre Dame Law School, where she received the David T. Link Award for Outstanding Service in the Field of Social Justice, the A. Harold Weber Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Art of Oral Argument, and the Dean’s Award for Law & Disabilities. In law school, she served as a student leader in the GALILEE Program, participated in the Notre Dame London Law Programme and Moot Court Board, and completed externships with the Alliance for Catholic Education and Equip for Equality in Chicago. A Silicon Valley native, Jones also holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
