Carolyn Dowd is a Chicago native and serves as the Faculty Administrative Assistant for the Law Faculty at the University of Notre Dame. She brings over a decade of experience as a legal assistant in Chicago and Indianapolis, providing a strong foundation in legal practice and administrative support. Carolyn values contributing to Notre Dame’s mission and supporting the work of both faculty and students.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. A lifelong Notre Dame fan, she enjoys attending athletic events and being part of the campus community.
