Isham advises clients from various types of credit facilities on a wide range of debt financing transactions. He also practices in the developing cryptocurrency and digital asset space. Prior to joining Croke Fairchild Morgan & Beres, Isham was Debt Finance counsel at WilmerHale and a Global Finance associate at Sidley Austin.
