Nicholas Surmacz ’07 J.D.

Surmacz practices in the firm’s London office and focuses his practice on cross-border investigations and government enforcement defense. He has particular experience investigating and litigating high-profile, white collar-fraud and bribery matters. Prior to joining Kobre & Kim, Surmacz was a prosecutor at the U.S. DOJ’s Fraud Section in Washington, DC, where he was an Assistant Chief in the Fraud Section’s Securities & Financial Fraud and Health Care Fraud Units.
