Monica Schmucker, ‘12 J.D.

As described on www.fmb-wc.org, “the mission of the Woman’s Club is to support educational and recreational activities for non-profit and charitable organizations operating with the greater Fort Myers Beach community.” Schmucker is a former Deputy Attorney General in Indiana. She uses her experience to assist clients throughout Southwest Florida in the defense of negligence, personal injury, premises liability, vehicle negligence, and wrongful death claims.
