Matthew D. Bozzelli ‘99 BBA, ‘02 J.D.

Southern Company Services (SCS) has named Matthew Bozzelli '99 BBA, '02 J.D. as one of two new Deputy General Counsels that will serve as members of the Southern Chief Legal Officer’s leadership team. Bozzelli will be primarily responsible for practice areas including corporate, energy regulation, legal operations and technology. Bozzelli joined SCS in September 2014 as Associate General Counsel. Prior to that, Bozzelli spent twelve years as a corporate attorney at King & Spalding LLP in Atlanta. Additionally, Bozzelli serves on a number of non-profit boards including Chairman of the Board of Directors of Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs, a Georgia nonprofit community development loan fund focused on small business and entrepreneurial growth through financing and education for women, people of color, and low to moderate-income business owners.
