Krista P. McDonald, ‘15 J.D.

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Krista P. McDonald has joined the firm’s growing Chicago office in the Labor & Employment practice group. McDonald joins Blank Rome from White & Case LLP. She focuses her practice on a wide range of labor and employment matters. McDonald has notable experience litigating and managing a variety of cases, including breach of non-compete agreements, misappropriation of trade secrets, class-action defense, breach of contracts, and business torts. She also has experience advising companies on labor and employment aspects in M&A transactions, drafting employment contracts, and compliance. McDonald maintains an active pro bono practice and was previously honored with the “Excellence in Pro Bono Service Award" by the Northern District of Illinois. Additionally, she returns to Notre Dame Law School to teach Intensive Trial Advocacy as visiting faculty.
