Katherine Ballou has joined four other attorneys at Sands Anderson PC's in its Richmond office bringing a significant public school board and educational law practice, announced firm leadership. Ballou’s practice focuses on representing K-12 public school divisions in litigation regarding special education issues. Prior to moving to Sands Anderson, Ballou practiced at Reed Smith.
