Pepin is a veteran trial attorney who focuses his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, shareholder derivative suits, probate litigation, breach of fiduciary claims, business transactions, partnership disputes, business torts, contract and business disputes, non-competition litigation, and real estate litigation. Pepin is an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Florida Bar, serving on the Palm Beach County Bar Solo and Small Firm Practitioner’s Committee in 2013-2014 and the Judicial Evaluations Committee in 2009-2010.
