In Memoriam: Thomas M. Dowling, ’69 J.D.

It is with great sadness that the law school announces the passing of Thomas Dowling on October 26, 2019 in Mendon, Vermont. After graduation, Dowling spent six years in Chicago at Arthur Young and Company. Dowling moved to Rutland, Vermont in 1975 where he began practicing law at Ryan, Smith and Carbine.
