In Memoriam: J. Richard Ransel, '74 J.D.

It is with a heavy heart that the Law School announces the passing of J. Richard Ransel, '74 J.D., on July 12, 2021 in Elkhart, Indiana. He was an adjunct professor of law at Notre Dame Law School in the 1970s and 1980s, president of the Bristol Parks Department Board, member of the Elkhart Lions Club and member of the panel of private Trustees for the United States Department of Justice.
