Barclay Damon announces that Chris Shaw '89 J.D., partner, has joined Barclay’s rapidly expanding Health Care Controversies Team. He is also a member of the firm’s White Collar & Government Investigations Practice Area and Health & Human Services Providers Team. For nearly a decade, Shaw, a top prosecutor of Medicaid fraud cases, was the regional director of the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (MFCU) within the Office of the Attorney General, State of New York.
