A Conversation with Assistant Attorney General Makan Delrahim

Makan Delrahim was confirmed on September 27, 2017, as Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division. Delrahim previously served as Deputy Assistant to the President and Deputy White House Counsel. His rich antitrust background covers the full range of industries, issues, and institutions touched upon by the work of the Antitrust Division.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about antitrust law, the DOJ, and recent events in the Antitrust Division. Antitrust law touches many subjects, from mergers and acquisitions to criminal conspiracies, so there is something to learn for everyone no matter what your interests!
