Michael J. Messaglia, ’90 BA, ’93 J.D.

Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce that long-time partner, Michael Messaglia has been elected as Krieg DeVault’s new Managing Partner. Messaglia, who practices in the Indianapolis office, began his career with Krieg DeVault as an associate in 1993. During his time at Krieg DeVault, Messaglia has served in several leadership roles, most notable a long-time leader of the firm’s Financial Institutions practice and most recently as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, the committee he will now lead. Messaglia focuses his practice in the corporate and banking area where he has been involved in many of the firm’s largest and most notable merger and acquisition transactions.
